At HerScore Solutions, we value transparency and professionalism in every client relationship. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service or digital product.

Service Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of payment, provided no substantial work has begun on the file.

After 3 days from the payment date, all service payments are non-refundable due to administrative processing, onboarding, file review, compliance preparation, and work initiated on the account.

If services have already begun, documents have been reviewed, disputes prepared/submitted, or onboarding has been completed, refunds will not be issued.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable guides, templates, ebooks, and educational materials are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time; however, cancellation does not guarantee a refund after the 3-day refund window has expired.

No Guarantee Disclaimer

HerScore Solutions does not guarantee specific credit score increases, deletions, approvals, funding, or timelines. Results vary based on each individual credit profile and reporting history.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, the client agrees to contact HerScore Solutions first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for submitting accurate information and required documentation promptly. Delays in submitting requested items may affect processing timelines.
